Yard Grading and Regrading
Reshaping the slope of your property so water flows away from the house instead of pooling against it.
Overview
A lot of drainage problems start with grading — soil that settled flat or slopes toward the house instead of away from it. We regrade the affected area to restore a proper pitch (typically a 2% slope away from the foundation), then reseed or re-sod so the fix actually holds.

Signs you might need this
- Ground that slopes toward your foundation
- A settled area near the house that used to be level
- Water pooling against the same wall every time it rains
- Erosion channels forming in the lawn
